Due to the ongoing upgrade and optimization of our warehouse facilities and fulfillment systems, order processing and delivery times are currently longer than usual.
To ensure every order meets our quality standards, customers should allow up to 30 business days for delivery from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, destination, and carrier operations.
We understand that waiting can be inconvenient and sincerely appreciate your patience during this period. These improvements are being made to enhance our logistics capabilities and provide a better shopping experience in the future.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated delivery timeframe outlined above.
Some orders may require additional verification for security. We may perform partial shipments when necessary; this does not affect your obligation to pay for all items in the order.

📦 • Australia Domestic Only
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not supported at this time.
Shipping fees (where applicable) are calculated based on the delivery location and selected method and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is not currently offered.
📍 • Local Warehouse Pickup (Sydney)
You may choose to collect your order directly from our Sydney warehouse. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You will receive status updates and estimated delivery/pickup information.

International shipments are currently unavailable. We only support deliveries within Australia. Delivery times to remote or regional areas may be extended.

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier, or upon collection from our warehouse.
